Halloween

A few days past due I know....here is a recap of Halloween...the holiday that lasts forever...
(I have no idea why this is underlined, but that is what the blogger wants to do!)

On the Friday before Halloween Grace had a parade and party at school. So, we got to shake the uniform for a day and she was the cutest fairy ever! This was our first Halloween parade and it was so much fun. The kids looked adorable in their costumes.

I was so proud of her!

Derek was out of town that day, so Grandma and Grandpa came over to help us carve our pumpkins...

Ryann was overwhelmed, but with a little help from Grandpa, ta da!
We had a fun night, although we really missed our daddy, we came up with some really great pumpkins!

Saturday was crazy!!! We started out with a birthday party for our friend Dominick's 3rd birthday.

BOWLING!

That is the birthday boy playing games. After pumping the kids full of pizza, cake and ice cream it was time to go home for a nap and rest up for the big night!

TRICK-OR-TREAT!

We started early at a neighborhood church trunk-or-treat.
After dinner and the sun went down we went from house to house.

Ryann was more interested in other things...next year she will be begging for more candy...
We made a quick stop at Uncle Willie and Aunt Tammy's. Aubrey and Jordan were there with their son Kaden (the little dog...so cute!) Jordan was dressed as one of the characters from the movie Hangover....haven't seen it....but he looked good.

And last, the scariest, most spectacular costume of the night...Darth Vader!!! a.k.a Grandpa Larry. He looked great handing out candy to all the trick-or-treaters.
It was a very long, but fun day. The little witch and the fairy were very tired.
