Ooch!!!  I did a 15 mile run today.  I am not going to lie.  My legs hurt.  I have two weeks before my full marathon.  Almost to the finish line!!!  No more trainging and I can just be normal again.  I am not giving up some of my new habits, but enough with the long runs!!!  I have better things to do with 2 and 1/2 hours.
